How to Register?
Step 1: Go to www.infowell.ca/register and read the "Terms and Conditions." Click I Accept at the bottom of the page.
Step 2: Enter Subscription information:
- Personal Information: Enter demographic information.
- Username and Password: Create and record a username and password that will be used to log into InfoWell. Your password should be at least eight (8) characters in length with at least one number in it.
- Forgotten Password Information: Create and record a question and answer that will be used to identify you if you forget your password (For example: What is my favourite colour?). Click Next button.
Step 3: During your first visit to InfoWell, go to the My Diagnosis area and click on the Add New or Edit Conditions link. Choose the Condition that is your area of interest.
Step 4: On your next visit(s), go to www.infowell.ca and log in by typing the Username and Password that you created.
